I got up and out. Started walking. I began to notice all the paths around the neighborhood. In gardens, near sidewalks, leading up to things, or just leading up to another path. I was really appreciating them. I took some pictures. I'll try to include as many as I can in this blog.
Paths are beautiful. YOU have your own path. I have my own path. We all have a path. We may cross each others, hear about each others - we can admire each others as well. I think forging your own path is a courageous and an empowering thing to do.
When struggling with mental health challenges, I've found, there is not ONE path to healing. There are many. There are so many - and it does take time to figure out which path to take for YOU. Each and every stepping stone you pass or step on, will lead you towards healing and growth - this is a magical and wonderous thing.
