My homework and "to-do" list grows every day. Some of it feels quite overwhelming. Work on the house, "adulting stuff", facing things I can't control. Ooosh. That can put me in a panicky state. But the "to-do" list I'm talking about - is learning new tools to help me grow and heal. I am learning new tools to manage, tolerate and work through my panic. This "to-do" list fills me with hope.
