I still have to remind myself that having panic and anxiety doesn't mean I'm not getting better. Having anxiety and panic is a human experience. For some of us, this human experience controls our world a bit more than others. For some of us, this is painful and we are working at "life stuff" a little bit harder than others. It's harder to do stuff. We are wired differently. But that's ok! It's okay to freeze up because the thawing out feels warm and comforting. And guess what helps to speed up the thawing process. Self love. Loving self talk. Giving ourselves credit for the steps we are making.
